The separate Casita
(above the garage and under the leftmost red tile roof in the picture opposite) is accessed by a private stairway to the side
of the garage and consists of a bedroom with two single beds and built-in closet space, a small living area with pull-out
sleeper sofa and TV, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
